RULES OF THE FIGHT
Boss Rush turns the chart of one coin into a boss fight. The boss HP is the market cap left to the next milestone. Every buy is a hit, every sell heals. Raiders pay a small entry into the bank of the fight; when the boss dies, the top 10 by damage split that bank.
A FIGHT, START TO END
- A phase starts with a boss: a pixel parody of a runner of the moment. Phase 1 is AURA FINAL BOSS ($Kimchi). The boss is a picture and a name; nothing of that coin is bought or held.
- The boss HP bar is the market cap of our coin, in SOL, left to the milestone of the phase. HP max = milestone minus the cap at the start of the phase.
- Raiders join with the entry. Their buys after joining are damage; sells take damage back.
- The cap holds above the milestone for 10 minutes: the boss is dead. Anyone can send the finishing strike; the program checks the hold. A fight lasts at least 60 minutes.
- After the checks below the bank goes to the top 10 by damage. The next boss spawns with the next milestone.
JOIN THE RAID
To take part in a phase, a wallet pays the entry once: 100,000 tokens. One signature (the program's join_raid), one entry per wallet per phase. The entry goes straight into the bank of that phase, an account of the program; nobody can take it out by hand.
The entry is a parameter (bounds 1,000 to 10,000,000); the value of a phase is fixed when the phase starts and shown on the join screen. The raid record costs a small rent in SOL, returned to you by close_raider once the phase is settled.
DAMAGE
- Damage = SOL spent on buys of our coin after you joined, minus SOL received from every sell since the fight began (a sell before your entry still counts against you). Below zero counts as zero.
- A buy in the same slot as your entry does not count: buys strictly after the join.
- Only real trades count: buys and sells on the pump.fun curve or the coin's PumpSwap pool. A transfer in is not damage; a transfer out lowers your hold.
- You have to keep the coins: damage is scaled by the coins you still hold, the lower of your balance at the kill and 30 minutes later.
- Min 0.1 SOL of damage to rank. Ties go to the earlier first buy.
KILL
Milestones in SOL of market cap: 100, 200, 400, 800 and on, x2 each boss. A new phase takes the next step that is also at least 10% above the cap at its start. The cap is read on chain from the curve or pool reserves, no oracle.
The kill needs the median cap (of the last 5 reads, each read clamped to 10% of the median) to stay above the milestone for 10 minutes in a row (the bar shows STAGGER, then FINISH). One read at least every 60 s is needed; a gap of more than 120 seconds or one median below the milestone resets the timer, so one big buy and a sell back cannot fake a kill.
LOOT
- Loot is only our coin: the bank of the phase, made of the entries of its raiders plus anything carried in (escaped bosses, forfeits, dust).
- The top 10 by damage split the whole bank pro rata: share = your damage / total damage of the top 10. The protocol takes nothing.
- 30 minutes after the kill the list is posted with every trade behind it (public JSON ledger), then open for checking for 2 hours. After that each share is pushed straight to the winner's coin account; no claim step.
- At payout the program checks again that the winner holds at least 99% of the coins the list counted, and that the wallet has a raid record. If not, that share is forfeited and rolls into the next bank.
- No valid list within 7 days, 3 vetoed lists, or no raider above the minimum: the whole bank rolls into the next bank.
ESCAPE
A boss not killed within 7 days escapes. Nothing is paid; the whole bank rolls into the next phase and its raiders stay in the raid without paying again.
HOW THE NEXT BOSS IS PICKED
The rule is open and the same for every phase. Among coins that:
- launched on pump.fun and migrated to PumpSwap, pool of at least 200 SOL;
- are real runners: market cap held for an hour at $1M or more, or 24 h volume of $3M with $250k held, after wash-trade filters;
- are still alive (at least half of that held cap now) and at least 6 h old;
- are not our coin, not a boss of the last 8 phases, not on the exclusion list (slurs, NSFW, flagged rugs);
the one with the highest 24 h volume wins; a tie goes to the older coin. The pick is queued on chain and becomes the boss only after 60 minutes, while an independent guardian can veto a pick that breaks the rule. The boss is a picture and a name on the arena; the fight is always on our coin.
ANTI-ABUSE
- Wash buys: net damage only. Buy and sell back is zero.
- Sell first, join, buy back: sells count from the start of the fight, not from your entry.
- Buy, move, sell: damage needs the coins held at the kill, after settle and at payout. Moving the bag to wallet B cuts wallet A's damage.
- Free ride: buys before your entry do not count.
- Linked wallets: two of the top 30 that sent SOL or the coin to each other (from 7 days before the kill until settle) count as one: buys of their raiders after joining, sells of every member since the fight began, all on the member with the most damage.
- Many wallets: splitting one buyer into many wallets never adds loot, since the split is pro rata to damage; it only takes more of the 10 seats, and each extra wallet pays its own entry.
- Fake kill: the median hold above.
- What is still open: an unlinked wallet B can sell an old bag while raider A buys. It costs two trade fees and A's entry, and A must hold through payout. We publish this rather than hide it.

TRUST
- The bank of every phase sits in a program account. The program pays only the posted top 10, only after the open check, only to wallets that still hold and joined the raid. No admin key can move it.
- The kill is decided on chain by the hold rule. Nobody can declare a kill. Every crank (strike, escape, finalize, pay, carry) can be sent by anyone.
- The list of winners is signed by an attestor key and comes with its full trade ledger as public JSON, so anyone can redo it. An independent guardian rebuilds it from the chain and vetoes a list that does not match; it can also revoke the attestor at once. After 3 vetoes the bank rolls over.
- The keeper picks the boss (a picture) and runs the cranks; it can not move the bank. The admin can only pause new phases and entries, change numbers for future phases after 24 h, and rotate keys after 3 days.
- The creator fees of the coin are not part of the game: the program never reads or moves them.
- pump.fun and PumpSwap are outside programs; this program only reads their curve and pool accounts for the price.
